Shipping & Returns
Saije Craft will process all orders within three business days of receiving full payment for your purchase. Please make a note that our office hours are Monday to Friday and all orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If for any reason there is a hold up with your order, we will contact you immediately to inform you.
A signature may be required on delivery, please be mindful of this when completing your shipping address. We suggest using the address that you are most frequent during the day.
Delivery times vary by location, we ask that you allow:
Australia: est 3-7 Business Days
International: est 6-14 Business Days

Shipping fee includes a handling fee of $5 AUD.
Returns & Refund Policy
Saije Craft wants you to be happy with your purchases from our store.
Please be mindful that due to the nature of handcrafts all pieces in our collection may vary slightly in appearance.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days from the date you receive your items. All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all respective packaging enclosed.
To activate a return, you will be required to email us at SaijeCraft@gmail.com for approval.
Once approved, we will supply you with a return mailing address. Saije Craft reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet our return policy.

The return shipping is to be paid by the customer and it is recommended to use a registered or tracking method for safe delivery. Saije Craft will not be held responsible for the loss of a returned item and the original payment of shipping will not be returned.
We will process your refund, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 business days of the package arriving at our studio followed by a confirmation email.
Please note, there are no refunds on Sale Item Purchases.
